While not yet at pre-pandemic highs: February 2024 figures still fall short of the record-breaking 102,423 visitors seen in February 2019. However, it represents a remarkable 95% improvement compared to the same month in 2019, showcasing the industry’s resilience and strong recovery.

Who’s Exploring Nepal?

• Indian tourists led the pack with 25,578 arrivals, followed by visitors from China (9,180) and the United States (9,089).
• Tourists from Thailand, the United Kingdom, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Australia, Myanmar, and Germany also contributed to the positive influx.
