1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once we receive confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or payment (if required).

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: From 1:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:30 AM – 12:00 Noon

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

3. Payment Policy

Payment can be made in cash or via agreed method at the hotel. In some cases, advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking. Please contact us directly for cancellation or modification requests.

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and room condition during their stay. Any damage caused may be charged accordingly.

6. Hotel Policy

• Only registered guests are allowed in rooms
• Guests must follow hotel rules and local regulations
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service if necessary

7. Facilities & Services

We aim to provide all listed facilities including Wi-Fi, AC, and restaurant services. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external factors.

8. Liability

Royal Kings Hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.
